So its spring break and since I have a nice sporty car and auto crossing is safe and legal fun, I decided I'd try it over the weekend. This is a brief description of auto-cross. My best time was a 52.183 seconds. The best I saw was 45.xxx but that was the people that have been doing it for years and had their cars all optimized and ready to go. I'll work on getting better :)
So I apparently had my blood taken for blood testing because of my hypothyroid problem and I usually get my cholesterol levels checked. Whoa!!! I was over and apparently have high cholesterol. So I had an appointment with a nutritionist yesterday. So I need to go up on fiber intake... Oh and I apparently gained about 25 lbs in 20 months. Thats not good!!! So my intention is 170lbs by end of April, 160-165 lbs by end of May, 155-158 lbs by end of June, 150-153 lbs by end of July, and sub 150 lbs by time school starts :) Now if I can bench press my body weight by the end of the year, that would be cool :) And apparently I have a new nickname, valminki... Don't ask... Diane decided to call me that...
